The plane was flying from Aberdeen, Scotland, when a passenger fell ill, prompting the crew to declare an emergency.
The plane landed safely.

(Great Salt Lake is “unpopulated”)The Fighter Wing F-16 landed safely around 10:20 a.m. The tanks were 3/4 full, and are capable of carrying 370 gallons. Procedures are underway to retrieve the tanks.

Allegiant Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing at Nevada
An Allegiant Air flight heading to Missoula, Montana from Las Vegas had to be diverted for making an emergency landing at Wendover, Nevada on June 13.The plane was carrying 146 passengers and 6 crew members at the time of incident; all of them remained unharmed.
Jessica Wheeler, a spokesperson for Allegiant, said the plane diverted and landed safely after a hydraulic warning light came on. She also said that Allegiant sent a replacement plane from Las Vegas to pick up the passengers and take them to Missoula.
Some passengers said the issue appeared to be more serious than a mere warning light.
Allegiant’s maintenance crew is examining the plane.

Swiss International Air Lines Flight Returns to Stockholm After Engine Fire Indication
Swiss International Air Lines flight LX-1233 had to return for an emergency landing in Stockholm, Sweden, on December 27th.The Airbus A319-100 plane took off for Geneva, Switzerland, but had to turn back after the crew received an engine fire indication.
The crew had activated the fire suppression system before the plane landed back safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
