A United Express jet made an emergency landing in Redding, California, on July 13th.The plane took off for San Francisco, California, but had to return shortly afterwards after its landing gear failed to retract completely.
The plane landed safely. All 53 passengers aboard remained unhurt.

Mooney Sustains Landing Gear Crunch On Rotterdam Landing
A Mooney M20J/205 MSE was landing at Rotterdam/The Hague airport when it suffered an accident. The plane stopped off of hard pavement on soft ground with damaged landing gear. No one aboard the plane suffered any injury. A crane was employed to recover the plane.The official statement is that the accident was due to a technical problem. The airport was closed till 7:30 Sunday.
