MIT engineers have built a car that flies. Or a plane that drives on the street. This vehicle flies (and drives) on ordinary gas. Below, we have attached a clip of the TRA’s first flight, or as the video calls it, it’s “Wright Brothers Moment.” The wings retract so it can drive on the road.

Their identities have yet to be officially released, but loved ones have shared their names with Hawaii News Now.

Why: The pilot apparently set his house on fire prior to crashing his plane into the Echelon Building that houses the Internal Revenue Service in Northwest Austin. Stack left a suicide note.
IRS employees in their offices described the crash “as if a bomb went off” “black and gray smoke billowing” and “windows blown out.”
