Delta Airlines flight DL-8943 returned to Phoenix, Arizona, on February 2nd.
The Boeing 757-200 plane took off for San Antonio, Texas, but had to turn back due to an issue with the flaps.
The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
