Easyjet flight U2-1656 had to reject takeoff from Tel Aviv, Israel, on November 6th.

It is believed that the crew had commenced takeoff for Nice, France, without clearance and the tower instructed them to stop.

The plane slowed down safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Vienna-Bound El Al Flight Returns to Tel Aviv

El Al flight LY-363 had to return and make an emergency landing in Tel Aviv, Israel, on April 10th.

The Boeing 737-900 plane took off for Vienna, Austria, but had to turn back after smoke was noticed in a galley.

The plane landed safely. All one hundred and thirty people aboard remained unharmed.

Israir Airlines Flight Evacuated at Budapest Airport

Israir Airlines flight 6H-716 was evacuated at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, Hungary, on March 23rd.

The plane was preparing to depart for Tel Aviv, Israel, when a nearby tow tug began emitting smoke.

The evacuation slides were deployed as the smoke entered the aircraft cabin.

One passenger fell off the emergency slide and sustained serious injuries.

All other passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

The Boeing 747-400 plane heading from John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, to Tel Aviv, Israel, was diverted after the crew received a wheel well fire indication.
