American Airlines flight 1938 made an emergency landing at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, North Carolina, on August 4th.
The plane took off for Washington, D.C. but had to return shortly afterwards due to a crack in the windshield.
The plane landed uneventfully. There were 110 passengers aboard at the time; all of them remained safe.
