    Small Plane Crashes into Fort Lauderdale Autism Center; 2 Dead

    A small plane crashed into a therapy center for autistic children in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on December 1st.

    The Cessna 335 plane was carrying two people when it crashed through the roof of the building that had eight teachers and five children inside.

    Both occupants of the plane were killed in the crash. One of the teachers inside the building suffered minor injuries.

    The cause of crash is being investigated.

    Small Plane Crash in Indiana Leaves 3 Dead

    A small plane crashed in Clark County, Indiana, on November 30th.

    The plane took off from Clark Regional Airport, Indiana, and was heading to Chicago, Illinois, when it went down in a heavily wooded area.

    There were three people aboard at the time; all of them were killed in the crash. The deceased were identified as Sandra Holland Johnson, 54, Andrew Davis, 32, and Louisville City FC soccer team founder Wayne Estopinal, 63.

    UPS Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Louisville

    UPS flight 5X-605 made an emergency landing in Louisville, Kentucky, on November 27th.

    The Airbus A300-600 freighter plane took off from Chicago, Illinois, but the crew failed to retract the landing gear.

    The crew continued to Louisville where they requested the longest runway. The plane subsequently landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

    Small Plane Crashes in St. Petersburg; Four Injured

    A small plane crashed in the waters off Albert Whitted Airport in St. Petersburg, Florida, on November 28th.

    The plane was carrying four people when it went down just after 12:30 p.m.

    Good Samaritans and the Coast Guard were able to rescue all four occupants of the plane. They were taken to the nearby Coast Guard station for medical assistance and one of them had to be later shifted to a hospital.

    JetBlue Flight Returns to PDX After Bird Strike

    JetBlue flight B6-1206 had to return and make an emergency landing at Portland International Airport, Oregon, on November 26th.

    The plane took off for John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, but had to turn back due to a bird strike.

    The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

    Allegiant Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Austin

    Allegiant Air flight G4-1819 had to return and make an emergency landing in Austin, Texas, on November 25th.

    The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Indianapolis, Indiana, but had to turn back after the crew noticed engine vibrations due to a possible bird strike.

    The plane landed back safely. All one hundred and eighty-three people aboard remained unharmed.

    Pilot Killed as Small Plane Crashes in Santa Fe

    A small plane crashed in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on November 26th.

    The plane went down as it was approaching the Santa Fe Regional Airport.

    The pilot, who is believed to be the only one aboard, was killed in the crash.

    The FAA and the NTSB are investigating.

    American Airlines Flight Returns to Boston After Bird Strike

    American Airlines flight AA-2666 had to return and make an emergency landing in Boston, Massachusetts, on November 24th.

    The Boeing 737 MAX 8 plane took off for Miami, Florida, but had to turn back due to a bird strike.

    The plane landed back safely. All one hundred and seventy-two passengers and six crew members remained unharmed.

    3 Killed in North Dakota Air Ambulance Crash

    An ambulance plane crashed in Morton County, North Dakota, on November 19th.

    The Bismarck Air Medical plane was transporting three people when it went down.

    All three occupants of the plane were killed in the crash. The deceased include a CHI St. Alexius Health registered nurse, and a Bismarck Air Medical pilot and paramedic.

    The NTSB are the FAA are investigating.

    Small Plane Crashes at Gainesville Airport; 1 Dead, 1 Injured

    A small plane crashed at Lee Gilmer Memorial Airport in Gainesville, Florida, on November 17th.

    The Lancair International Legacy plane was carrying two people when it went down.

    The pilot, identified as Robert Carlisle Alberhasky, 68, of Cumming, was killed in the crash. His passenger Mark Lewis, 69, of Flowery Branch, was injured and was taken to a hospital.

    The FAA and the NTSB are investigating.

    Small Plane Crash in Iowa Kills 4

    A small plane crashed in Guthrie County, Iowa, on November 9th.

    The plane was transporting four people to Osceola, Iowa, when it went down in a cow pasture. It is believed that the pilot had suffered a heart attack and a student pilot was attempting to make an emergency landing at Guthrie Center Airport.

    All four people were killed in the crash. They were identified as Edward Ralph Anderson,49, Patrick Kellen,36, Samantha Clark,15, and Tyler Douvia, 28.

    Envoy Air Flight Rejects Takeoff From DFW Airport

    Envoy Air flight MQ-3956 had to reject takeoff from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, on November 6th.

    The plane was accelerating to takeoff for Lake Charles, Louisiana, when it hit an object on the runway, prompting the crew to reject takeoff.

    The plane safely vacated the runway. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
