What: KLM Boeing 737-400 en route from Amsterdam to Stavanger
Where: Amsterdam
When: May 8th 2011
Why: Moments after takeoff, the pilots had to shut down a Boeing engine; the flight returned to Amsterdam and made a safe landing. The flight was cancelled, and a smaller plane was provided for some of the passengers, while others stayed at hotels waiting for a later flight
