Indigo Airlines Flight Rejects Takeoff After Dog Strike

Indigo Airlines flight 6E-468 had to reject takeoff from Goa, India, on October 23rd.

The Airbus A320-200N plane was accelerating to takeoff for Mumbai, India, when the crew rejected takeoff at high speed due to a dog strike.

Several tires deflated and the plane became disabled.

All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Royal Flight Airlines Jet Makes Emergency Landing due to Electronic Issue

Royal FlightA Royal Flight Airlines Plane, performing flight flight 4R-7772, had to divert and make an emergency landing in Astrakhan, Russia, on March 6th.

The Boeing 757-200 aircraft was en-route from Goa, India, to Moscow, Russia, when the crew reported an electronic issue and requested an emergency landing.

The plane landed safely. There were 224 people aboard at the time; all of them remained unhurt.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

Air Arabia Diverts to India due to Medical Emergency

Air Arabia Air Arabia flight ABY-501 had to divert and make an emergency landing at Dabolim International Airport, Goa, India, on August 5.

The pilot requested an emergency landing due to a kidney patient aboard who needed immediate medical attention. The plane was heading from Sharjah, UAE, to Colombo, Sri Lanka at the time.

The plane, carrying 177 people, landed safely.

The patient was immediately transported to hospital.
