LOT Polish Airlines Flight Returns to Warsaw due to Engine Vibrations

LOT Polish Airlines flight LO-6523 made an emergency landing in Warsaw, Poland, on February 27th.

The Boeing 787-800 plane took off for Mauritius, but had to turn back due to engine vibrations.

The plane landed safely after burning off excess fuel. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

Condor Flight Divers to Greece after Hydraulic Failure

The Boeing 767-300, flying from Germany, to Mauritius, had to divert after the crew reported a hydraulic failure.

The plane landed safely.

No one was injured.

Emirates Plane Returns to Dubai Due to Hydraulic Failure

EmiratesEmirates Airlines flight EK-703 had to return and make an emergency landing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on May 4th.

The Airbus A380-800 took off for Mauritius but had to return shortly afterwards after the crew reported a hydraulic failure.

The plane landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

Air France Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Kenya

Air FranceAn Air France flight had to make an emergency landing at the Moi International Airport in Mombasa, Kenya, on December 20.

According to the Police Spokesman Charles Owino, “It requested an emergency landing when a device suspected to be an explosive was discovered in the lavatory.” The plane was heading from Mauritius to Paris at the time.

The plane landed safely. All 459 passengers and 14 crew members remained unharmed.

Owino confirmed that an investigation has been launched to “determine if the device had explosives.”
