Delta Airlines flight DL-3863 had to reject takeoff from Salt Lake City, Utah, on February 6th.

The plane was accelerating to takeoff for Billings, Montana, when the crew rejected takeoff due to a lavatory smoke indication.

The plane safely returned to the apron. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Delta Airlines flight DL-453 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Billings, Montana, on December 2nd.

The Boeing 757-200 plane heading from John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, to Seattle, Washington, was diverted after all toilets stopped functioning.

The plane landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

Cargo Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Montana

A small cargo plane owned by Alpine Air made an emergency landing at Billings Logan International Airport, Montana, on January 19th.

The plane took off for Sidney, Montana, but had to turn back after the pilot failed to fully retract the landing gear.

The plane’s landing collapsed upon landing. The pilot, who was the only one aboard, remained unharmed.

1 Killed, 1 Injured after Small Plane Crashes in Wyoming

A small plane crashed in a remote area near Otto in southern Big Horn County, Wyoming, on December 7th.

The plane that took off from Worland Municipal airport, Wyoming, was carrying two predator control specialists when it went down.

One person was killed in the crash while the other one was injured. The injured was taken to a hospital in Billings, Montana.

Multi-Engine Plane Crashes in Montana; 3 Killed

A twin-engine plane crashed near the small town of Boyes, Billings, Carter County, Montana, on the noon of September 17th.

The Beechcraft Baron carrying a man, woman and one 14 year old boy went down in a grassy area.

All three people onboard were killed in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.

Woman Dies after Commercial Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Montana

A commercial flight made an emergency landing at Billings Logan International Airport in Montana, on May 7th.

The Star Alliance Boeing 737 plane, heading from Chicago, Illinois, to San Francisco, California, was diverted after a woman passed out mid-flight.

The plane landed safely. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of death is not known at the moment.

El Al Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Montana

El AlAn El Al Israel Airlines flight made an emergency landing at Billings Logan International Airport in Montana, on November 15.

The Boeing 777, en-route from Tel Aviv to Los Angeles, was diverted after the pilot received an automated warning about engine fire.

The plane landed safely. There were 279 passengers and 20 crew members aboard at the time; none of them were hurt.

No sign of smoke or fire was found during initial inspection.

Delta Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Billings

250px-Delta_logo.svgA Delta airlines flight had to make an emergency landing in Billings, Montana, at around 7:30 p.m. on December 15.

The Boeing 767 was en-route from Seattle to Paris when the crew requested emergency landing due to an electrical odor on-board.

The plane landed uneventfully and all 203 passengers and 10 crew members remained unharmed.

The technicians examined the aircraft and cleared it for resuming its journey.
