Cathay Pacific Flight Returns to Hong Kong
Cathay Pacific flight CX-412 had to return and make an emergency landing in Hong Kong, China, on June 11th.
The Airbus A330-300 plane took off for Seoul, South Korea, but had to return shortly afterwards due to a possible flight control problem.
The plane landed safely. There were 314 people aboard at the time; all of them remained unharmed.
The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

KLM flight KL-723 returned and made a safe emergency landing at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Amsterdam, Netherlands, on June 6th.
Qatar Airways flight QR-628 made a safe landing at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, Pakistan, on May 10th.
Virgin Atlantic flight VS-107 had to return and make an emergency landing at Heathrow Airport, London, England, on April 27th.
Air Transat flight TS-436 had to return and make an emergency landing in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, on March 18th.
