Philippine Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Cracked Windshield

Philippine Airlines flight PR-658 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Yangon, Myanmar, on July 10th.

The Airbus A330-300 plane heading from Manila, Philippines, to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, was diverted due to a cracked windshield.

The plane landed safely. All one hundred and seventy-seven passengers and thirteen crew members remained unharmed.

PAL Philippine Airlines Plane Returns to Australia due to Problem with Landing Gear

PAL Philippine Airlines flight PR-212 had to return and make an emergency landing at Sydney Airport, Australia, on April 23rd.

The Airbus A340-300 en-route to Manila, Philippines, had to return after the captain failed to retract its landing gear.

The plane landed safely.

All 220 passengers and 12 crew members remained safe.

Philippine Airlines Plane Returns to Manila due to Smoke in Cabin

The Airbus A340-300 plane took off for Tokyo, Japan, but had to return shortly afterwards after the crew reported smoke in the cabin.

The Airbus A340, flying from Manila to Cebu, Philippines, had just climbed out of runway when the crew reported smoke indication in the cockpit, prompting the plane to return.

The plane landed safely.

All 254 people aboard remained unhurt.

The passengers were accommodated in a replacement plane.

Philippine Airlines Jet Returns to Davao City after Smoke Warning

Philippine AirlinesPhilippine Airlines flight PR-1814 had to return and make an emergency landing at Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao city, Philippines, on September 11.

The Airbus A321-231 aircraft was en-route to Manila when the pilots noticed a cargo smoke warning and had to return.

The plane landed uneventfully.

All 131 passengers, including Elenita Binay, wife of Vice President Jejomar Binay, remained unhurt.

Philippine AirlinesPhilippine Airlines Express flight 2P 2021 had to return and make an emergency landing at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Philippines on September 8.

The plane took off for Moises R. Espinosa Airport, Masbate but had to return shortly afterwards after a safety patrol unit spotted one of its tires on the runway.

The plane landed safely. None of the 32 passengers reported any injuries.

The passengers were accommodated in another flight.
