Eurowings Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Luxembourg

Eurowings flight EW-6812 had to divert for an emergency landing in Luxembourg on May 16th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane heading from Palma, Spain, to Dortmund, Germany, was diverted due to issues with the cabin pressurization system.

The plane landed safely. All 117 passengers aboard remained unharmed.

Germanwings Flight Rejects Takeoff due to Engine Failure

Germanwings flight 4U-4099 had to reject takeoff from Palma, Majorca, Spain, on April 6th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane was accelerating to take off for Dortmund, Germany, when one of the engines emitted a loud bang. The crew subsequently rejected take off and safely returned to the apron.

All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Small Plane Crashes in French Alps; 2 Killed

A small plane crashed in the French Alps near Chambery, France, on November 25th.

The plane took off from Dortmund, Germany, and was heading to Albertville, France, when it went down.

There were two people aboard at the time; both of them were killed in the crash.

The accident is being investigated.
