Aeroflot Airlines flight SU-1871 had to return for an emergency landing in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on December 12th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane was heading to Moscow, Russia, when it experienced a lightning strike.

However, the crew reported that there were no adverse indications and decided to continue the flight.

Aeroflot Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Russia

AeroflotAeroflot flight SU-2342 made an emergency landing in Kaliningrad, Russia, on May 22nd.

The Airbus A320-200, heading from Moscow, Russia, to Hanover, Germany, was diverted after a passenger observed fuel leaking from a wing.

The plane landed safely. There were 154 people aboard at the time; all of them remained unhurt.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

Aeroflot flight SU-2437 had to return and make an emergency landing in Dusseldorf, Germany, on January 28.

The Airbus A320-200 took off for Sheremetyevo International Airport, Russia, but had to return shortly afterwards due to failure of its right hand engine.

Aeroflot Airbus Rejects Takeoff in Russia due to Bird Ingestion

AeroflotAeroflot flight SU-1165 had to abort taking off at Rostov-on-Don Airport, Russia, on October 29.

The Airbus A320-200, en-route to Sheremetyevo International Airport, Moscow, Russia, rejected takeoff at a high speed after one of its engines ingested a bird.

The plane landed uneventfully.

No one was injured.
