Nouvelair Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Tunisia

Nouvelair flight BJ-518 had to return and make an emergency landing in Djerba, Tunisia, on January 15th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Charles de Gaulle Airport, France, but had to turn back due to an issue with the Inertial Reference Systems (IRS).

The plane landed uneventfully. All passengers and crew members remained safe.

The Airbus A330-300, en-route from Tunis, Tunisia, to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was diverted after it lost cabin pressure.

The plane landed uneventfully. All 295 people aboard remained safe.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

Tunisair Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Saudi Arabia

The pilots declared emergency after a fire broke out in Airbus A330-200 plane’s left engine. The flight was heading from Medina, Saudi Arabia, to Tunis, Tunisia, at the time.

The plane landed safely. No injuries were reported.
