Plane Crash in Madagascar Leaves Five Dead

A plane operated by Madagascar Trans Air crashed in Antananarivo, Madagascar, on June 18th.

The Piper PA 31 plane was carrying five people when it went down.

All five occupants of the plane were killed in the crash.

The Civil Aviation Accident and Incident Investigation Bureau team is investigating the cause of crash.

Air Madagascar Plane Makes Safe Landing in Madagascar after Engine Problem

Air-madagascar-logoAir Madagascar flight MD-530 made a safe landing at Toamasina Airport, Madagascar, on April 1st.

The Avions de Transport Regional ATR- 72- 212A, flying from Sainte Marie, Martinique, was about to land when one of its engines started emitting black smoke.

The plane landed uneventfully.

No injuries were reported.
