My Indo Airlines Plane makes Hard Landing in Indonesia due to Tyres Burst

A My Indo Airlines’ freight flight made a hard landing at Wamena Airport, Papua, Indonesia, on July 1st.

The Boeing 737-200 flying from Jayapura, Indonesia, rolled out after landing on the runway, and turned around to the backtrack due to tyres burst.

The plane was carrying 4 crew members, and 12 tons of fuel and food cargo.

No injuries were reported.

Kalitta Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Flaps Problem

Kalitta Air flight K4-248 made an emergency landing in Leipzig, Germany, on June 14th.

The Boeing 747-400 plane flying from Delhi, India, was on final approach to Leipzig when the crew reported a flaps problem and went around.

The plane subsequently landed safely on second approach.

Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Costa Rica

American Airlines flight AA-986 made an emergency landing in San Jose, Costa Rica, on June 6th.

The Boeing 737-800 plane flying from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, was on final approach to San Jose when the crew received an unsafe gear indication and went around.

The crew subsequently performed a manual gear extension and landed safely.

There were one hundred and eighty-six people aboard at the time; all of them remained unharmed.

TAP Portugal Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Munich

TAP Portugal flight TP-558 had to make an emergency landing in Munich, Germany, on April 17th.

The Airbus A319-100 plane flying from Lisbon, Portugal, was on final approach to Munich when the crew reported an issue with the nose wheel steering and went around.

The plane landed safely on second approach. All passengers and crew members remained safe.
