<p>According to an airline spokesperson, “The captain operating charter flight EZE514 from Scatsta to Aberdeen received a cockpit warning indication en-route to Aberdeen relating to one of the aircraft’s two engines…The airport fire service was put on standby but was stood down shortly after the aircraft landed in Aberdeen.”</p>
<p>All 28 passengers and 3 crew members remained safe.</p>

<p>The Jetstream 41 plane landed uneventfully. None of the nine passengers and three crew were harmed.</p>

<p>According to a statement released by the airline, &#8220;The captain of Flight BE6891, which departed Edinburgh International Airport at 09:25 this morning for Kirkwall with 20 passengers, one infant and three crew on board, elected to divert to Aberdeen as a precautionary measure after detecting an unusual smell in the cockpit.”</p>
<p>The plane landed uneventfully and none of the passengers and crew members was hurt.</p>

<p>The Eastern Airways Saab 2000, flying from Norwich to Aberdeen made an emergency landing at the Norwich International Airport, just twenty minutes after taking off.</p>
<p>The plane, with three crew members and forty eight passengers, took off at 6.45am but at 7:05 am, it requested a full emergency landing as a hydraulic fault was discovered.</p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5em">Full emergency response protocol was followed at the airport and ambulances, fire fighters and police were ready at the spot when the plane safely landed at 7:24am.</span></p>
<p><span style="line-height: 1.5em">A replacement plane was arranged to take the passengers to their destination, while the Saab was sent for thorough inspection.</span></p>
