A small plane crashed near Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, Arizona, on August 20th.
The plane was carrying two people when it went down in Seventh Street near the intersection with Deer Valley Road.
Both occupants of the plane were killed in the crash. They were identified as the pilot Theodore Rich, 54, and his passenger Elaine Carpenter, 49.
