Etihad Airways Plane Returns to Philippines due to Smoke in Cabin

Etihad Etihad Airways flight EY-4234 had to return and make an emergency landing at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Pasay, Philippines, on August 30.

The Boeing 777-300 flying to Abu Dhabi, UAE, had to return due to smoke in its cabin.

The plane landed safely after dumping fuel.

No injuries were reported.

Philippine Airlines Flight Returns to Ninoy Aquino International Airport

Philippine Airlines flight PR 720 had to return and make an emergency landing at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay, Philippines, on July 22nd.

The plane took off for Heathrow Airport, London, United Kingdom, but had to turn back after the crew reported smoke on-board.

The plane landed safely. All 155 passengers aboard remained unharmed.
