Air India Plane Diverts to Biju Patnaik International Airport
An Air India flight made an emergency landing at Biju Patnaik International Airport, Odisha, India, on June 4th.
The plane, en-route from Bangalore, Karnataka, to Kolkata, West Bengal, had to be diverted after it developed a technical issue.
The plane landed uneventfully. There were 149 passengers and 6 crew members aboard at the time; all of them remained safe.
