A Novair flight en-route to Chania on Greek island of Crete made an emergency landing at Gardermoen airport in Oslo, Norway, on the night of August 31.
The crew suspected flat tire after taking off and decided to divert for emergency landing. The Airbus A321 circled around the airport for 3 hours to shed extra fuel before it safely landed. No one was injured.
Most of the 191 passengers on board were Norwegian citizens.
The passengers were provided an alternate flight on the morning of September 1.
