What: Protiva owned Cessna 205 that left Flagstaff Pulliam Airport en route for Yuma
Where: in a heavily wooded area near Willard Springs Road, about 15 miles south of Flagstaff AZ
When: Fri Jan 23 approx 7 a m
Who: Frank Protiva and Thomas Moody
Why: Witnesses said the plane was flying low with engine trouble and struck a tree. Both men were killed.
