Delta Airlines Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Fargo

A Delta Airlines flight made an emergency landing in Fargo, North Dakota, on April 12th.

The plane heading from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport, Minnesota, to Anchorage, Alaska, was diverted after the crew reported smoke in the cockpit.

The plane landed safely. All one hundred and eighty-nine passengers aboard remained unharmed.

Trans States Airlines flight UA-4629 had to reject take off from Fargo, North Dakota, on January 9th.

The Embraer ERJ-145 plane was accelerating to take off for Denver, Colorado, when two right hand tires blew, forcing the crew to reject take off.

The plane safely returned to the apron. Everyone aboard remained safe.

American Airlines Flight Diverts to Milwaukee due to Possible Mechanical Issues

American EagleAmerican Airlines flight 3232 had to make an emergency landing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on October 22nd.

The plane flying from Chicago, Illinois, to Fargo, North Dakota, was diverted due to possible mechanical issues.

The plane landed uneventfully. There were 50 passengers and 3 crew members aboard at the time; all of them remained safe.

Allegiant Air Plane Diverts to Fargo

AllegiantAn Allegiant Air flight made an emergency landing at Hector International Airport in Fargo, North Dakota, on December 28.

The plane was en-route from Orlando Sanford International Airport, Florida, to Appleton, Wisconsin, when the crew decided to divert due to a mechanical issue.

The plane landed uneventfully. All 107 passengers and six crew members remained safe.

The passengers were accommodated in another flight.

Fuel Shortage Forces Allegiant Air Plane to Make Emergency Landing

AllegiantAllegiant Air flight 426 had to make an emergency landing at Hector International Airport, Fargo, North Dakota, on July 21.

The airport was closed for the US Navy’s Blue Angels’ rehearsals, when the pilot requested an emergency landing due to dangerously low fuel level.

The plane landed safely and all 114 passengers and 6 crew members aboard remained unhurt.

It is believed that the Boeing MD-80, en-route from Las Vegas was scheduled to land at the airport 12 minutes before it was closed, however, the flight’s take off was delayed.

The incident is being investigated.

United Airlines Jet Makes Emergency Landing in Fargo

new-united-logoA United Airlines plane, heading from Anchorage to Chicago, made an unscheduled stop at Hector International Airport in Fargo, North Dakota, early on March 16.

Authorities said the unscheduled landing was prompted by a medical emergency. Reportedly, a female passenger became sick midair.

The plane, carrying over 150 passengers, landed at around 3:30 a.m. The sick passenger was rushed to a hospital.

The airline arranged an alternate aircraft for the passengers.
