Light Plane Crashes in South Australia; 3 Killed

A light plane crashed near the Renmark Aerodrome, Old Calperum, South Australia, on the evening of May 30th.

The Cessna 441 Conquest II was on a routine crew check flight at the time.

All three pilots were killed in the crash.

The decreased were identified as Paul Daw, 65, Martin Scott, 48, and Stephen Guerin, 56.

Endeavor Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Flaps Problem

Endeavor Air flight 9E-3682 made an emergency landing in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on April 28th.

The plane flying from Minneapolis, Minnesota, was on approach to Green Bay when the crew reported an issue with the flaps and went around.

The plane landed safely on second approach. There were 48 passengers and 3 crew members aboard at the time; all of them remained unharmed.

2 Taken to Hospital After Small Plane Crashes Off Long Island Coast

A small plane crashed into the Long Island Sound near Shoreham, Suffolk County, New York, on December 11th.

Authorities said the pilot reported engine issues before the Beech BE36 plane went down.

There were two people aboard at the time, including the pilot Inderpal Chhabra, 48, and passenger David Tobachnik, 59. Both were shifted to Stony Brook University Hospital.

Yamal Airlines Plane Returns to Russia due to Issue with Computer

Yamal AirlinesYamal Airlines flight YC-943 had to return and make an emergency landing at Domodedovo International Airport, Moscow Oblast, Russia, on September 1st.

The Canadair CRJ-200 flying to Beloyarsky, Russia, had to return due to some issue with one of its computers.

The plane landed safely after burning fuel.

All 48 passengers aboard remained unhurt.

Small Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Maryland

A 1965 Mooney aircraft made an emergency landing at Tipton Airport, Maryland, on November 22.

The plane took off from Tipton Airport but had to return shortly afterwards after it lost power due to a mechanical fault. The pilot Paul Antoinette, 48, of Baltimore, was heading to Florida at the time.

The plane landed uneventfully in a grassy area near the runway. The pilot remained uninjured.
