American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Disruptive Passenger
American Airlines Flight 2542 had to make an emergency landing at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport in Lubbock, Texas, on September 22nd.
The plane heading from Ontario, California, to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, was diverted after a passenger started yelling and banging on the cockpit door.
The plane landed safely. The disruptive passenger, identified as 24-year-old Jerry Nguyen, was arrested.
The flight resumed with the remaining 143 people onboard.
