An Air India Express flight had to make an emergency landing in Kochi, Kerala, India, on November 23rd.
The plane took off from Karnataka, India, and was heading to Dammam, Saudi Arabia, when it was diverted. According to Air India Express Manager Nagesh Shetty, “Suspected tail-pipe fire caused the flight to be diverted to Kochi.”
The plane landed safely. All 131 passengers and 9 crew members remained unharmed.
