<p>The deceased first officer was identified as William &#8220;Mike&#8221; Grubbs, 58.</p>

<p>The plane, carrying more than 200 passengers, landed shortly after 6 p.m. The police escorted the unruly passenger out of the plane.</p>
<p>The flight was able to take off again after around 90 minutes.</p>
