]]> QantasQantas flight QF2 had to divert and make an unscheduled landing at Perth International airport, Western Australia, on August 31.

According to the airline, “While travelling to Sydney from Dubai, the pilots received an indication that there was a technical issue with the aircraft so they diverted to Perth to have the issue repaired by our engineering team before continuing on to Sydney…There was a technical issue with one of the fuel pumps. There was no emergency landing.”

The 484-seater A380 jet landed safely and everyone aboard remained unhurt.
