The Cessna 441 Conquest II was on a routine crew check flight at the time.

The McDonnell Douglas MD-11, heading to Miami, Florida, had to return due to an engine problem. The pilot had to shut the tail-mounted engine down mid-air. The plane landed uneventfully. No injuries were reported.
