<p>The deceased was identified as Pablo Campos Isona, 31, of East Haven.</p>

<p>There were three people aboard at the time; two of them, including James Guinn, 54, and his wife Kay, sustained non life-threatening injuries while the third passenger, identified as Melinda Guinn, 76, of Arlington, remained uninjured.</p>

<p>Authorities said the Piper PA-32 plane took off from Brakpan Airfield, and was heading to Limpopo Province when it crashed into shacks in Watville.</p>
