]]> On July 23, 2013, a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-300 en route from Kansas City to Indianapolis developed a problem with the flaps.

Pilots diverted back to Kansas City and made an emergency landing. (See flight path below)

The flight eventually took off and arrived in Indianapolis at 1 a.m. with no indication if this was the same or a different jet.
