<b>Who: </b>  pilot Timothy Stanley<br />
<b>Why: </b>  Encountering bad weather while en route, Stanley diverted to Dequeen Airport. He made a safe landing, and spent the night.</p>
<p>In the morning after taking off, while circling, the pilot lost control and crashed off of the east end of the 5,000-foot De Queen runway in a ditch.
