										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>On July 13, 2014, around 18:00 Moscow time, a Yakovlev Yak-18T crashed in Ryazan, Russia six miles from Spassk killing four.</p>
<p>Initially, police reported three dead: the pilot and two passengers. </p>
<p>However the <a href="http://62.mvd.ru/news/item/2370662/" target="_blank" data-wpel-link="external">names</a> have been released, and there were four aboard. The report said that a local resident engaged the plane in agricultural work.</p>
<p>The pilot, who owned the plane and was flying, was Edward Rustamyan, born in 1958. </p>
