<p>According to Delta spokesman Morgan Durrant the decision to make an emergency landing was made after a pneumatic leak was discovered in the engine 2 of the MD-88 jet.</p>
<p>The plane landed safely. All 149 passengers and 5 crew members aboard remained unhurt.</p>
<p>Emilio Ebanks, the spokesperson of Jamaica Fire Brigade said that smoke was seen to be coming out of the plane while it was in the air.
