]]> A small plane made crash-landing in a cornfield in Milford town, New York on the morning of July 6.

The plane, travelling from Oneonta Municipal Airport in New York, had to be landed in emergency after it developed an engine problem.

The pilot, identified as Edward Schoene, 55, sustained injuries and was taken to hospital.

The FAA is investigating the accident.
