<p>The accident happened shortly after the plane took off from Las Cruces Airport and was on its way to Phoenix, Arizona, with a patient and 3 crew members on-board.</p>
<p>The crash killed all 4 people aboard. They were identified as the pilot, Freddy Martinez, 29, of El Paso, the patient, Fredrick Green, 59, of Las Cruces, a flight paramedic, Tauren Summers, 27, from El Paso and a nurse, Monica Chavez, 35, of El Paso.</p>
<p>Some witnesses reported that the plane was flying at a low altitude before it went down.</p>
<p>The aircraft was owned by Harlingen, Texas based Amigos Aviation Service.</p>
