<p>The incident happened when the flight was on its way from Guam to Saipan.</p>
<p>According to the regional director for Cape Air, David Baker, &#8220;Cape Air experienced a maintenance delay this morning and as a precautionary safety measure we returned back to Guam.”</p>
<p>The Aerospatiale ATR-42-300 twin turboprop landed back safely after flying for about 26 minutes. All the passengers and crew members remained unhurt.</p>
<p>Baker also stated that, “Once in Guam, the aircraft was inspected and returned back to service…Some of our morning departures experienced a six-hour delay, and we apologize for the customer inconvenience.&#8221;</p>
<p>Authorities at the A.B.
