The incident happened when the plane was transporting three teenagers who were participating in a week-long youth camp organized by Swiss Aero Club.

Three people, including the pilot and two 14-year old boys were killed in the crash. A 17-year-old girl was injured and was flown to a hospital in serious condition.

The cause of crash is being investigated.

The plane, that was carrying the members of Turkish football club Fenerbahce, landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

The airline arranged a replacement plane that safely transported the team to Manchester.

The Cessna 172 plane was flying from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Chicago, Illinois, when the pilot declared an emergency due an electrical fire onboard.

The plane landed safely. There were two people aboard at the time, including a father and son; both of them remained unharmed.

The plane belongs to Engineers Flying Club, Bethany, Oklahoma.

Club manager Jose Mourinho said at a news conference, “We were supposed to fly with two different planes, with half of us in one plane and half in the other… The ones in the first plane was lucky because we landed safely and were in the hotel to have dinner. The second group was unlucky. The plane was not good. They had to make an unscheduled landing for a couple of hours, and then they arrived in the hotel to have dinner at one o’clock in the morning.
