										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A two-seater North American AT-6C, a World War II-era airplane, crashed at about 3:30 p.m. near Buckley, Washington, on June 4.  </p>
<p>The small plane had been sputtering and flying low before crashing in a wooded area, around 40 miles southeast of Seattle.</p>
<p>Two people aboard the plane were killed.  The victims have been identified as James Robert Cawley, 62 and Rodney John Richardson, 72; both of them were residents of Buckley. </p>
