Myanmar National Airlines flight UB-313 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Dawei, Myanmar, on April 14th.

The plane heading from Yangon to Myeik, Myanmar, was diverted after the crew noticed an engine oil leak.

The plane landed safely. All sixty-nine passengers aboard remained unharmed.

The plane was accelerating to take off for Yangon, Myanmar, when its left engine ingested several pigeons.

The pilots continued to take off and landed back safely. All 75 people aboard remained safe.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

A Myanmar Airways Xian MA60 en route from Yangon to Heho to Mong Hsat Airport sustained damage on landing.

The damage was incurred on the single Mong Hsat runway which the plane overran and stopped mired in soft ground.

Fifty-five passengers were aboard, of whom two were injured.
