<b>Where: </b>    Korkino, 12km from Chelyabinsk Russia<br />
<b>When: </b>   Dec 13 2009, 11:02 am<br />
<b>Who: </b>    8 on board<br />
<b>Why: </b> The SM-92T plane was carrying one pilot and seven parachutists.  According to the MOE, the aircraft performed a U-turn, then  began to lose altitude and crashed into the ground in Chelyabinsk.  The crash occurred immediately after takeoff from Kalacheva Airport.</p>
<p>All were fatalities. </p>
<p>The GU Emergency Operations Group were on site in the recovery operation.</p>
