TAP Portugal Plane Diverts to Africa due to Bird Ingestion
TAP Portugal flight TP-1534 had to divert and make an emergency landing at Amílcar Cabral International Airport, Cape Verde, Africa, on July 28th.
The Airbus A320-200 flying from Praia to Lisbon, Portugal, had to divert due to bird ingestion by one of its engines.
The plane landed safely.
No one was injured.
