SAA Flight Makes Emergency Landing at King Shaka International Airport

A South African Airways flight made an emergency landing at King Shaka International Airport, South Africa, on November 14th.

The plane heading from Cape Town International Airport to O. R. Tambo International Airport, South Africa, was diverted due to a heavy storm.

The plane landed safely. There were one hundred and thirty passengers aboard, including Minister Siyabonga Cwele and Maite Nkoana-Mashabane. All of them remained safe.

South African Airways Flight Returns to Johannesburg due to Damaged Tire

South African Airways flight SA-64 had to return and make an emergency landing in Johannesburg, South Africa, on October 9th.

The Airbus A319-100 plane took off for Lusaka, Zambia, but had to turn back due to a damaged tire.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

South African Airways Flight Rejects Takeoff From Munich

South African Airways flight SA-265 had to reject takeoff from Munich, Germany, on December 13th.

The Airbus A340-300 plane was accelerating to take off for Johannesburg, South Africa, when the crew rejected takeoff due to indication of an engine problem.

The plane safely returned to the apron.

Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
