LAM – Mozambique Airlines Flight Rejects Takeoff After Bird Strike

LAM – Mozambique Airlines flight TM-153 had to reject takeoff from Nampula, Mozambique, on January 17th.

The Boeing 737-500 plane was accelerating to takeoff for Maputo, Mozambique, when the crew rejected takeoff due to a bird strike.

The plane stopped safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

LAM Plane Overruns the Runway while Landing in Mozambique

LAMLAM Mozambique Airlines flight TM-156 overran the runway at Nampula Airport, Nampula, Mozambique, on December 19.

The Boeing 737-700 was flying from Maputo, Mozambique, to Nampula, when it slid over the runway end as a result of heavy rain.

The plane received no damage.

All passengers aboard remained unhurt.
