Aeroflot Flight Makes Emergency Landing at Sheremetyevo International Airport

Aeroflot flight SU-1231 made an emergency landing at Sheremetyevo International Airport, Russia, on February 7th.

The plane flying from Murmansk, Russia, was on approach to Moscow when the crew reported a failure of the spoilers and entered a hold.

The plane subsequently landed safely. All eighty-two passengers and six crew members remained unharmed.

Yamal Airlines Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Moscow

Yamal AirlinesYamal Airlines flight YC-623 had to return and make an emergency landing at Domodedovo International Airport, Moscow, Russia, on June 27th.

The plane took off for Murmansk, Russia, but had to return shortly afterwards after the crew needed to shut down one of the engines.

The plane landed safely. There were 50 passengers and 3 crew members aboard at the time; all of them remained unharmed.
