Up Airlines flight LY-2653 made an emergency landing in Tel Aviv, Israel, on August 18th.
The plane had just departed for Kiev, Ukraine, when the crew received information that tire debris was found on the runway and decided to return.
The plane landed uneventfully. There were 182 people aboard at the time; all of them remained safe.
