The plane heading from Edinburgh, Scotland, to Gatwick Airport, England, was diverted due to a medical emergency.

The plane landed safely. The patient was taken to a hospital.

The Boeing 737, that took off for Bucharest, Romania, had to return after the pilot reported a suspected bird-hit just 20 minutes into the flight.

The plane landed safely and burning off excess fuel. Everyone aboard remained unhurt.

After inspection, the plane was cleared to take off again.
