Air Greenland Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Iceland

Air Greenland flight GL-784 made an emergency landing in Keflavik, Iceland, on July 3rd.

The Airbus A330-200 plane heading from Kangerlussuaq, Greenland, to Copenhagen, Denmark, was diverted after an unusual odor was noticed in the galley.

The plane landed safely. All one hundred and forty-six passengers aboard remained unharmed.

WestJet Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Greenland

WestJetWestJet flight WS-4 made an emergency landing at Kangerlussuaq Airport, Greenland, on October 18th.

The Boeing 767-300 plane heading from Gatwick Airport, England, to Toronto, Canada, was diverted after the crew noticed a failure in the avionics bay cooling system.

The plane landed safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
